All returns on POA Select branded products must be processed within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return. Sale items may not be returned.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns on items from all other manufacturers are subject to approval. Please contact us for more information.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. After inspecting the item, you will be notified by email of our decision to approve or deny the return.
If approved, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days.
POA is not responsible for holds or waiting periods placed on the refund by third-party sites or your financial institution. In the event that the refund is not received after 14 days, contact your bank and credit card company first. If you require additional assistance, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Only items found to be defective or damaged are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us for more information at email@example.com regarding POA branded items. For all other exchanges, contact the original manufacturers for more details.
